Hogtown Honey is a bunch of bees, and their keepers, hanging out on rooftops in Toronto. They use natural urban beekeeping methods and make small-batch, hyper-local honeys from the neighbourhoods of the city.

'Hogtown' is an old nickname for Toronto, and inspired my old-school graphic treatment on the lids of each honey jar.

The company's first harvest was from their hive on Sterling Road, hence each jar label folds out to give an illustrated view of the neighbourhood, instantly recognizable to locals and hopefully soon to be stuck on their refrigerators.
